Hello
I'm  new to the CueCore2 and wonder if you get 12 playbacks (zones) if you master/slave connect two units?

Hello Jesper,

The master/slave system will make the playbacks on both units play the same playbacks and cues. For example if the master is playing cue 3 of playback 1 then the slave will do the same.

I do not know your setup. But if you use a playback per zone you can use to the playbacks without master/slave. This allows you control all zones independently for each other. If you want multiple zones to be "grouped" together you can use master/slave.

Best regards,
Guido

Dear Guido
Thank you for the info. So if I understand correct there is no way I can get 12 independent playbacks when I use two CueCore2?

Is there any other way to get more than 6 playback (independent zonez)?

All the best
Jesper

Hello Jesper,

Every CueCore2 has 6 playbacks. A playback is used to play a scene. Which can be used to control a zone.

If you do not use master/slave the two CueCore2 can both control 6 zones. Combined 12 zones.

Best regards,
Guido
