Hey thanks !!
well, I put the xml file into the folder, but if I open cuelux, there is no shark spot one available. but its strange, cause the showtec kanjo Heads (picture) are available. the kanjo heads are as new as the shark spot series.

do you have an idea ?

Hello @ john1984,

you need to open the "[user]showtec" manufacturer that is on the top of the manufacturer list. You will find your new ficture here.
regards,

Hey, thanks for reply, but its still not working.
I opened the (user)Showtec folder, but there isn't shark spot available. (picture)

I detected, that the showtec Kanjo XML file is absolutely the same as shark spot one (I downloaded both und made this picture). could it be, there there is a mistake, perhaps someone uploaded the wrong file ?

Hey thanks.
i tested 8 channel mode and 14 channel mode.
pan / tilt / dimmer / shutter / macro and build in programs works fine,
but unfortunately gobo / shake/ color / rotation and prism does not response.

Well, I tested 2 Heads from Showtec Kanjo60.
function control of cuelux allows only to dim the led up to 100 %, strobe control and movement pan and tilt.
if I choose different colors, gobo or prism, the heads doesn't  react.
it is possible to use 8 channel or 14 channel mode of the head, I tested also both configuration, without success. then I made factory setting, checked cable, restart cuelux, nothing happens.
then i also tested the heads with an other lightning desk, and so they'll worked fine.

I am sorry but i am a bite confused... You are saying you tested 8 and 14ch modes on kanjo60 but there is no 14ch mode on this fixture...
So can you confirm witch fixture you are talking about please?

ok so i checked again, and i am sorry but i cannot find any problem in the fixture file. It exactly react as the manual say it should. I also checked with a dmw monitor to be sure it as not a potential bug in cuelux but the software is sending the right values,so your head shold react...
For now i don't know where to look.
The 8ch mode should work as there are no gobo/colors/prism chanels, only "macro" you can acces on the cuelux gobo parameter.
For the 14ch , does the  "macro" chanel works , it's on the second gobo wheel?
When you test colors and gobos, do you put the second gobo wheel on "00" or on "white spot"?
