Hello Julien,

According to a post on the Cuety section of our forum there is a problem with the y, x movements of the 'Showtec Phantom 25 led'. Could this be a personality issue?

Hi Julien,

I don't know if replying on such an old subject even works but i"ll give it a try. I never have seem to responded. Shame on me. Sorry.
I've been using Cuety since the last post. The issue was bypassed, using a 6 ch personality instead of the possible 11. When I use my Phantom 25 in 11 ch mode I have the ability to use it's internal programs but xy movements stop working. I'm busy making new shows and would like to be able to use the moving heads in 11 ch mode.

kind regards
Rob

i don't think i will be able to help you, i think what you noticed i coming from the fixture and not from cuety. Reading the manual i guess you can control X and Y only when you are not playing macros,

Aaah, that could of course very well be the case. Thank you!
