als ik visual dmx opstart dan vind die mijn dongle niet.
dit is er lastig voor een vaste installatie.
kan dit niet worden gedetecteerd worden bij opstart?
graag een update....

I am very sorry but the RS232 unit is no longer supported (they were manufactured around 2001-2002).
Please consider upgrading to a USB device like the Duple http://www.visualproductions.nl/products/visualdmx.html#duple
Especially for fixed installations, this unit has many advantages over the old RS232 model.
